How many t-shirts do you have to sell to buy a $3 million apartment in Hudson Square?

Vincent ‘Vinny’ Guadagnino, a Staten Island native famed as MTV’s Jersey Shore cast member, reportedly paid $3.435 million for unit 22A at 570 Broome Street.

The deed for the apartment is dated May 13, in public records. The same day, Vinny posted a photo of himself in an empty downtown apartment.

Further, he captioned it,

‘Out here making a mockery, got my realtor out here playin monopoly.’

Guadagnino appears to be hopping neighborhoods, as his IG story in late 2021 stated his move to Tribeca.

Vinny could not be reached for comment.

Vinny’s new apartment

The 54-unit condominium, 570 Broome, by Turkish-American developer Murat Agirnasli, has Gym, laundry routine, package room, storage, and everything in a hotel-level facility. The building also has a fitness center complete with a yoga studio, and a private lounge.

Vinny opted for the new apartment after he sold his Hollywood Hills home in September 2021. He made $3.8 million out of it, People reported.

The New York Post property records show that he paid $3.5 million for the home in November 2020. Also, he threw in an additional $15,000 to seal the deal.
