How did Juno Temple lose weight?
Keeley Jones from Ted Lasso, aka Juno Temple’s weight loss body transformation has worried her fans about her health.
She previously revealed how COVID-19 affected her and how she stopped caring about people’s opinions on her body.
The 34-year-old actress has earned a mountain of success for her iconic roles. Her alluring physique has charmed fans from all over the world.
With all that, the actress is now in the spotlight because of her new body transformation. People believe she has lost her weight and they want to know the reason behind it.
Juno Temple’s weight loss or health issue?
Juno’s role as Keeley Jones took her to new heights. Now, her fans are looking for something more than her acting.
Back in 2021, when she attended the Emmy Awards ceremony in a sleek two-piece gown, one Twitter user commented,

It didn’t stop at that, one fan even said that the actress appeared much older than her age. These comments were not negative, instead, fans were concerned about her health.
In April 2022, Juno shared a few images on her Instagram, in which she posed for the photos wearing a black dress and a pink top. Some of her fans expressed their worry, and one even wrote,
“I hope you’re healthy and well and I wish you health and healing. You are beautiful.”

During the terrifying COVID-19 pandemic, the world was brought to a halt, and Juno had the same effect. As time passed, her perception of herself changed too.

Talking with Marie Claire in 2021, she opened up about her self-sense and increased anxiety,
“Hating parts of your body, exteriorly, and then having to remind yourself that it’s okay to not be a certain size, a certain height, all of those things.”
The interviewer mentioned that Juno’s mental health had deteriorated, which might be the reason for her change in perception of herself. But, it is possible that her perception was influenced by the criticism of her weight.
Getting back to the weight loss thread, she may have undergone a diet and strict workout for her next project.

But, she rose to prominence as an actress only in 2009 and was seen on red carpets with her messy blonde hair.
But in the 2011 Dirty Girl premiere, she ditched her messy hairstyle and had a new look.

For the first time, Juno showed off her versatile look in 2021.

And in 2023, Juno hit the red carpet for Ted Lasso’s season 3 FYC event.
