Who is Brandon Fugal?

Brandon Fugal is a commercial real estate broker and the chairman of Colliers International in Utah. Fugal was also co-founder and owner of Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors before the company merged with Colliers International.

Fugal has real estate holdings such as Skinwalker Ranch, Evermore Park in Pleasant Grove, and the Hawaii North Shore Project. He is a business mogul in the Intermountain West.

He bought the 512-acre property in Utah, which is well known for being a hotspot of UFO sightings, paranormal stories, and strange phenomena. This place is Utah’s private property version of “Area 51.”

Brandon Fugal bought the ranch to do thorough research about all the strange phenomena reported. He signed a show with the History Channel called ‘The Secret of Skinwalker Ranch,’ which is solely to investigate the ranch and try to learn the secrets of the place. Many people have liked the show and are following everything closely. Some people are already demanding seasons 4 and 5 of ‘The Secret of Skinwalker Ranch.’

Brandon Fugal bought the ranch in 2016 from aerospace billionaire Robert Bigelow. Initially, he wanted to keep his identity hidden, but things drastically changed.

According to his About Me profile, Brandon Daniel Fugal fathers four children with his ex-wife, Lacey Anne Fugal. He has a 15-year-old daughter named Ireland and two sons – Chase, 16, and Hunter, 21. There’s no information about his fourth child.

Howbeit, he is now happily married to Kristen McCarthy, Director of Legal Affairs at Adamantium Real Estate, as per her LinkedIn profile.

Fugal married his long-time partner Kristen McCarthy in September of 2021. He worked with The Younique Foundation and Defend Innocence to raise awareness for the fight against child sexual abuse and its impacts, along with Kristen.

What we know about Skinwalker Ranch!

Brandon Fugal earned a lot of recognition and fans after he stepped into the spotlight as the owner of the infamous Skinwalker Ranch. The 512-acre property is like a new world within this world. Strange events keep happening on this ranch. The report includes numerous incidents like vanishing and mutilating cattle and sightings of unidentified flying objects considered UFOs.

Paranormal activities with disappearing and mutilated cattle being found make it suspicious that something is very unsettling about this notorious ranch. Fugal is now famous for his series with the history channel “The Secret of Skinwalker Ranch,” which is now in its third season.

With the show’s incredible popularity, Season 3 was renewed on the 21st of January 2022. It first premiered on the 31st of March 2020. The cast members are Travis Taylor, Bryant Arnold, Brandon Fugal, Tomas Winterton, and Erik Bard.

The businessman has since invested millions of dollars in research to increase the ranch’s security. He has his employees of scientists, astrophysicists, and guards.

In an interview with UtahValley360, Fugal said:

“I have tried to keep a virtuous focus on the ranch and not prostitute it out for tours or unwise economic gain. I am a steward of this ranch. It has a history and continues to provide ‘did you see that’ moments with viewers watching worldwide to see what we’re finding here.’

He intends to uncover the reason behind all those strange events that keep happening on the ranch. He will continue investigating the ranch along with his trustworthy team.

Fugal had differed from his initial thought of being the anonymous owner of the Skinwalker ranch to make the show genuine and authentic.
