He was an initial cast member on the Bravo television network’s Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles.
Josh has been named one of the best-ranked agents in California by The Wall Street Journal and a top 25 real estate agent by The Hollywood Reporter.
The Millionaire Lister is now making headlines for his plastic surgery.
Josh Flagg’s plastic surgery
Yes, Josh, 37, has admitted to having multiple nose jobs in the past.
But, in terms of reports about a prospective facelift, he has neither confirmed nor rejected any of them.

Given that Josh has apparently lost weight, it is possible that this makes his face appear tighter.
The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles star is no stranger to plastic surgery, having undergone three nose jobs, the first as a result of a deviated septum, according to the Daily Mail.
In 2016, Josh said on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen:
“The second one was because the first doctor didn’t do such a good job and the third was because it wasn’t perfect but now I think it s a very good nose.”
When host Andy questioned Josh and his co-stars if they had Botox, everyone but Josh Flagg denied having it done.
On the show, he stated that he had a “s**t ton of filler.”
What do viewers think about his facelift rumors?
Since 2013, viewers have been making remarks about Josh’s appearance.
Things haven’t altered much in 2022 when it comes to his appearance, especially comments regarding his weight loss.

Several viewers have noticed a difference in Josh’s looks, with some speculating that it could be the result of cosmetic surgery.

It’s no secret that his forehead is very tight, however, it appears like his previous frown lines are no longer visible.
This video [below], which was posted in November 2021, shows frowns on his forehead, implying that he has continued to undergo filler and may have gotten a facelift since then.
This, however, remains unconfirmed.

Josh’s recent Instagram photos show a smoother forehead and overall face. We can also observe that his nose is pretty well-lifted – which can now be attributed to his nose jobs – and that he lacks the natural lines that would be expected in a 37-year-old.
Even if we go back to summer 2021, Josh still looks pretty smooth in the face.
Fans have developed their own assumptions about whether he is keeping up with regular cosmetic treatments or is naturally gifted.
